- All orders are subject to a processing time separate from the shipping time.
- Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days (Monday – Sunday, excluding holidays) after the order is placed.
- Note: Processing time may be extended during peak seasons or major sales events.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
We offer various shipping options within the United States. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the weight of your items and your delivery address.

3. Shipping Destinations
Currently, Lucy & 80st ships primarily within the United States (including Alaska and Hawaii).
- International Shipping: We do not currently offer international shipping, but check back soon!
4. Order Tracking
- Once your order has shipped, you will receive a Shipping Confirmation email containing your tracking number(s).
- The tracking number will be active within 24 hours of receiving the email. You can use this number on the carrier’s website to monitor the progress of your shipment.
5. Shipping Address Accuracy
- Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly before finalizing your order.
- We are not responsible for packages that are non-deliverable due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer. If a package is returned to us due to an address error, the customer will be responsible for the cost of re-shipping the order.
6. Missing or Stolen Packages
- If the tracking information confirms that the item has been delivered to your address but you have not received it, please check around your home and with neighbors.
- Lucy & 80st is not responsible for packages lost or stolen after the carrier confirms delivery to the address provided.
- However, we want to help! Please contact us at contact@lucy80st.com if your package is marked as delivered but missing. We can assist you in filing a claim with the carrier.
